In a winter setting is one of a series of falls on Blodgett Creek inside Blodgett Canyon of Western Montana's Bitterroot Valley. This photo is the upper area of a popular set of the falls, visited during the summer by numerous day hikers. This area, with a serious wilderness attitude in winter, is less than two miles from the edge of the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness line.
